Welcome to the Saints

Northampton Saints Cricket Club is one of the leading clubs in the Northamptonshire Cricket League, fielding four senior teams on a Saturday, and numerous Junior sides of various ages.

The Saints 1st XI compete in the ECB Premier League, The 2nd XI in Division 2, The 3rd XI in Division 6 and the 4th XI in Division 11. A Saints 1st XI side also competes in the County Twenty20 midweek competition, and won the tournament in 2006. Saints have a very strong Colts section with qualified coaches, playing matches throughout the season. We warmly welcome new members, whatever your standard.

Widely acknowledged as one of the best grounds in the league, Birchfield Road has improved enormously over the last few years under our groundsman, Les Bentley, and is a marvellous place to play cricket. The Saints pavilion is a social, welcoming and well stocked place to visit, so even if you are a non-playing member just pop in and take in some good cricket while relaxing with a cold drink.
